how do i make a backup of a backup?

Make a backup from a backup, ie i have a backup disc i want to copy.

Is there a specific program i need to use ? or do i have to dl the iso again?

I just use clonecd and select 'copy on the fly'

Works for me.

only got one drive, so i guess clonecd will put it onto the hd for me as an image than i just reburn?
