    Question website blocked?

    Hi guys

got a strange one were i cant get access to a particular site, and it just seems to be on the one computer.
It happens on both firefox and IE. Ive disabled the firewall and adblock but still cannot get on. All it tells me is it has timed out.
Anyone know what it could be?

    done all that.
What im looking for is something that could block it in both IE and fire fox. so its not cookie related or temp files related.
I've ran ccleaner gone back to default settings in IE. It has to be something else because this is the only website blocked. I say blocked but it may not be im just not getting access to it.
