esay buffer question

all this is and should be easy if you are not numb like me

when i view a vidio on youtube or other places it stops and starts because of the buffer can someone tell me either how to make it faster or increase the buffer so me viewing doesnt catch up

p.s i have xp pro and use media player

I think it is just a matter of going to the menu bar in media player, & selecting tools/options/performance tab & adjusting your buffer.
