Unable to use password recovery

Hi there I have created myself another logon as my original:

jackroo

Does not let me access the site and PW recovery never seems to work, it does say it will send me another password but I never receieve one.

Not sure if there is a fault with the site or just my Account? could someone manually reset my password for account jackroo and send the new password to my email that my account is registered against to see if I get that.

Its not getting blocked or put into a folder so I am unsure whats happening to the e mail it says its going to send.

Kind regards, I need to get back in I miss my VIP Access.
