i disagree with companies making money from people ringing them. the company that i work for has an 0800 number and pay all the calls that go to it. the way we see it is - if the bills are high then loads of people are ringing and business is good so we can afford to pay fer the customers call.

Go on to BT's site and find a spelling mistake. You won't find one. Same with any PROFESSIONAL company. What kind of fucktard has a spelling mistake in their main graphic header?

Couldn't find their address or V.A.T. number on the site. Funny that.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. There are plenty of pukka businesses that provide cheap telecom solutions that are registered with company house.
