    Default one to one form...

    Hi guys!

    I've decided my companies one to one forms are crap and i want to use different ones for my team!

    i know sort of what i want to include on them but it was more the layout etc i was looking for ideas on!

    Anyone have a copy of theirs that they think are quite good that i can have a look at and take bits from
    if poss?

    yeah very similar to an appraisal although not as in-depth, ive had to do them at a few jobs although it could be a call centre thing, its a weekly or bi weekly meeting with each member of staff to discuss targets that have been met and for the week ahead attendance lateness a chance to bring up any issues etc
