Movie Making on Windows2003 Server!!!

Hi There,

My local machine has windows 2003 installed locally...I have a recorded video tape on my handycam...I want to download it into a disk and make a DVD-Video. I don't have any ready available software on my system...Any suggestions or alternatives?
