Quick question regarding picture msgs

Afternoon all,
I have a quick question about picture msg costs.
I'm currently on vodafone 500min and 1000 txt tariff but get charged for my picture msgs as they don't count as my free entitlement, Do any of the networks allow pictures from there free msgs??
The only one i can see is if i go on the T-mobile flext tariffs.

i get 50 free picture messages on my three 'direct text 1400' tarrif which they now class as obsolete but i believe you can talk it out of them if you really try.
