Hi guys, got an R200 that wont print disks, spits the tray out and gives service light sequence. When I shut the disk tray however it tries to print paper and service lights go out. Hence I dont think the counters need resetting. The CD tray is totally chewed up at the front so was wondering if that was giving the error.

Try lightly pushing it forward as it tries to pull it in.

Mine had the same problem and its all down to grip

I have a similar issue at times with my R300. When the service light comes on I put the tray back in and press the service button, then it prints fine

Mine is the same i have the R300 and everytime i come to print a CD it spits the tray out on several attemps

Mine also had a similar problem where it was chewed up across the white areas. I got some tipex and recoloured the white bits and and that seemed to help me along. Need to make sure the thing plastic film bit is flat and the printer still pulls it in.
