    Default What's your fave snack?

Looking for ideas etc. on trying some new things on the evening cold snack front although I'm not a big fan of snacks but that's probably because I haven't found any that have a taste worthy of remembering.

I've done crisps, cheeses, pork pies, pringles, chocolates etc. but getting bored and thinking there must be some 'decent' tasting cold snacks I haven't tried yet?

What's your current fave? Open to all suggestions.

I cooked up a load of diffrent sausage tonight and they went in no time just go to your local butcher and get a big bag of mixed sausagers and do some diffrent dips like chilie, mustard, currey. A tip for cooking a load of sausagers is just prick them then put them on a grill pan and bang them in the oven on a medium heat saves time turning thme over I know you wanted cold food but if you get the timeing right then the sausagers can be just warm and if they go cold they are still tasty (as long as you get good ones don't buy smart price ones)

Golden Almas Caviar Once in while the catch from the Caspian Sea bears real gold. Almas is the rarest caviar in the world. It is taken from behind the gills of an Osciestra sturgeon when they are between 60 and 80 years old. Almas Caviar eggs are a pale translucent amber colour and are without a doubt the true treasures of the Caspian Sea.

These perfectly rounded golden eggs are any foodies dream. The eggs are so fresh that they roll on your tongue before popping perfectly on the roof of your mouth, releasing a taste explosion to tantalise your tastebuds. The eggs have a beautifully buttery taste while still maintaining the nutty tastes associated with Oscietra caviar.

Before they focused on farmed caviars, Caviar House once held a limited stock of Almas Caviar. They quoted the value of this product as £14,000 per kilo and held in such high regard that they sold the product in 24 carat gold plated tins. As always, we provide value for money in all our produce, hence you won't be buying a 24 carat tin!

best served on a ritz cracker !!!

    Lovely.......

Pop to Lidl and get some of their cheese dip, slice some chilli's and your away. or some Tesco tinned chili con carne and spread the love around with melted cheese.

I normally go through 3 400g bags and two jars of dip a week. I can't get enough of the stuff.

Obviously washed down with a pint or two.
