As today is pretty much the last day this year that i can get a new travel card on the old prices, I think im gonna take the plunge and get the full annual card.
Its £928 for the year instead of £968 that it will be next year.
But if I get monthly ones then that will be £1116.
My main concern is that im not sure I will be living in the same house a year from now and im also not sure I will still be wanting to commute on the fucking underground.
I was wondering if anyone else has one of these tickets and could tell me how easy it is to get a refund for the rest of the year if say half way through you decide to move house, or if it was possible to change the zones it was valid on.
Also I live in zone 5 and manage to get away with this most days cos my line is so shit they never put any ticket people on it but if this changes then i might need to start actually buying the real ticket which is an extra £60 per month... so its all a bit of a pain really.
Thanks
Edit: I don't normally spell London with an e at the end but im tired and my eyes are havign trouble reading words
