get yourself a lynda.com on dreamweaver, cant go wrong with one of them!

Just look for templates and then change them to how you want it to look.

could always go on one of them sitebuilder thingys but dont expect it to look great.
my grandad built his own site using one of them and he's not from the pc era LOL
