Varies on my mood and the burger. Ticked what I could find above and others I could find in the poll are bacon, jalapeno chillies, chilli sauce or garlic sauce.

Actually now and then if I'm in the mood you can get that stuff called burger sauce which just tastes of McDonaldsness.

8oz burger with smoked peppered bacon, jack cheese and hickory bbq sauce is a good combination chips with it leave all the rabit food out.

if thats not available any proper cheese and heinz or daddies ketchup, none of the cheap shite that turns everything pink.

at my work we were even sad enough to write a program for GBK.

You enter your name in excel and it randomly assigns you a number of toppings (1-4).
And then picks them from the list of extras.
This was fun but often risky especially as one of the extras is beef patty.

Attached is the spreadsheet. Use vb to change the people array if you want to change the names to what you like.
XXX is where we were not sure what that topping was so you just have to choose what ever is left on the list.
