I've just stuck an extra hard-drive into my misses computer and for the life of me I can't work out how to get vista to see the dam thing, the bios can see the unit but vista cannot.
Can someone help me out?

right click computer on start menu. manage, click on disk management, should bring up a wizard and let you format it...

On a Japanese Vista atm, pain in the arse, the world should at least have menu's in English
