Creative Zen Vision M Wont Turn On

Hi all,

I received a joblot of MP3 and MP4 players. I have a Creative Zen Touch 40gb which works perfectly, but I always have a Creative Zen Vision M 30gb which will not turn on at all.

Anyone have any idea's about getting it working?

Ive left it on overnight connected to the USB port to charge but nothing, no flashing blue light like there's supposed to be, and the screen is just black.

If I plug a Universal 4.5V adapter in, I get a solid blue light but after leaving it on almost 24 hours I'm still getting nothing.

Anyone know what could be the matter? Need a new battery perhaps?

I had left mine un used for a while and the same thing happened to me in the end I did a reset think there is a small hole on it which i pressed with a thin screwdriver...left it to get some charge and it worked no probs after that

But if you bought them in bulk then maybe they are Kaput lol

whats the Creative Zen Touch 40gb like? looking 4 a mp3 before i go away in feb

Yeah most of it's ex Argos stock, but I did pay a fair price for this, I tried the reset thing yesterday but nothing at all appears on screen Oh well, ebay it is then for spares n repairs I think

The Touch seems pretty damn good, little on the heavy side, Its just like new, even got the plastic cover on the screen.
