sanj, are we still using the files you posted here: http://digital-forums.com/showpost.p...1&postcount=17
or the ones above?
Biggy you still need to use the first file as thats the Tomtom soft, the other files are the maps for it, however, when I tried it al I had was Guam not the UK, and it wouldnt use the internal GPS.
I am using the original software updated at the moment is fine.

I get the Tomtom splash screen but when I hit the 'I Agree' button on the next screen it says 'no maps found'.
Have tried putting them in the root.
Have tried different maps.
Have tried putting the files from the 'UK and IE etc' folder into the 'Maps' folder.
Have renamed the TomTom folder to mobile navigator and also the file inside to MobileNavigator.exe and also edited the shell.ini to point to that.
Have tried all variation to the above and STILL 'no maps found'
*edit*
Finally did it! Used a program called RegeditCE12.exe while Activesync'ed to the unit (USB must be in activesync mode in USB settings)
Hkey_Local_Machine
System
Explorer
Shell Folders
change
My Documents----\My Documents
change to
My Documents----\SDMMC\My Documents
and then SOFT REBOOT USING THE BUTTON ON TOP OF THE UNIT NOT THE SIDE ONE!!!!

Once you unrar the file's from the newzbin file I provided you'll see two map folder's(ignore all the other file's as none of them are needed) within the 'COPY CONTENTS TO SD CARD' folder one is Guam the other is the one you want, the tomtom_map_6.75_UK_and_IE_plus_major_roads_of_WE 1409 folder which is 247mb in size, just extract that folder to your root dirctory of your SD card and rename the folder to Maps,so all you have is Mobilenavigator and the Maps folder. Then use the keygen provided.I've just done another 3 of these for friend's no problem's what so ever.Let me know how you guy's get on.

Biggy you'll need them all as Nibb had stated the first one contain's the software already edited ready to dump onto the root directory of your SD card and the second post has the latest map which can be found in the 'COPY CONTENTS TO SD CARD' folder, the third post contain's the final keygen to activate your map.Good luck boy's it's a piece of piss.
That folder isnt present in the 'COPY CONTENTS TO SD CARD' folder I have!

Nibb,I just used the same nzb file(please read the NFO file that come's with the rar's as it mention's the maps) and downloaded it again and the map is clearly there! This is what I had after unraring the file's.
1)Folder(TomTom Navigator 6.030 (8320) + UK and IE Plus Major Roads of WE 1409 v675.1409)
Within that folder I had 1)COPY CONTENTS TO SD CARD(Folder) and 2)CRACK(Folder) and a readme FILE,the map is clearly in the COPY CONTENTS TO SD CARD folder if not I can't understand why,can you tell me the total size of the folder when extracted to your PC as it should be 303mb in size. Also the extracted folder should be called TomTom Navigator 6.030 (8320) + UK and IE Plus Major Roads of WE 1409 v675.1409,so it must have the map,can anybody else please have a go and downloading this as i'm a little confused as to why it is'nt there for Nibb.
Just added picture of folder showing the map folder in question.

Right Ive done it now m8 but I had to manually extract the files, using newsleecher I didnt get the UK map files.
I now have another problem.
Running Tomtom it states it cannot find a GPS device?
It was working fine earlier with the generic software?
Any ideas?

I can sort that!
Hit change preferences, get to menu page 3 and touch the 'Show gps status' icon, then press configure, select 'other NMEA GPS reciever',select the GPS baud rate at 1200 and finally select COM1 and that should do it,you might get a signal inside but go outside and test.
