transfering data from 20gb to 120gb thru connectivity kit ? HOW

hi and thanks for taking time to read my thread

i have just got a 360 ELITE

now b4 i sold my old machine (PREMIUM) 20gb
i used the connectivity kit to backup all the files n folders from my 20gb drive to my pc

now ive just tried to copy them back to the 120gb drive from the elite the same way but it dont seem to be doing it right ?

any ideas?

i have a lot of saved games you see.
and also is my gamer profile in with it all ?

I tried this, did you use xplorer360 to make a drive image?

if so its doesnt work, as far as i know the only way is to purchase or send off for the offical m$ transfer kit, ive been waiting nearly a month already.

I thought i could just back my 20gb drive up and restore it onto my 120gb, but it simply doesnt work or else somebody would release a hardrive image of all the full versions of arcade games etc..

Your gamerprofile will be in if you backed up the whole 20gb hardrive.

i just copied the folders over
im not fussed about the arcade games
just my saved games

i didnt make an image rathe ri just copied files n folders out fo the drive to my pc
