Can't get TomTom France map working??!

I downloaded France V710.1571 maps today off of newzbin and put them in a folder called France. Put them on my SD card root where I have my UK maps and when I go into view maps TomTom only recognises the UK maps.

I then looked in the folder and there is no .mid file to crack with the keygen, I have 9 DAT files, a PNA file and a META file.

Any help much appreciated, off to France on weds!

not that's any help, but i d/l'd the usa and canada map for a mate (not tested yet) but I also have just dat files, a pna and meta file.
so if you find out if there's something missing i guess i'll need it as well

I noticed there was no midi file in the GB map I downloaded. So no chance to use the keygen. So I don't know if you can use the V710 maps.
If you're going Wednesday download the earlier versions and crack them on your totmtom.

Awesome, the maps worked without activation using the keygen! Simply dumed them from the archive onto SD card and I was away.

Did you just put the folder to your sd card

No, the version you sent me, just dumped the folder on the satnav. Was in the middle of cracking using keygen but I couldn't find my device ID, completely forgot where to find it so I tried launching the map on my unit thinking it would give a device ID and it just worked! happy days.

just to add - the USA and Canada maps work that are on that r/s link, but i needed the keygen to get an activation code.
just renamed the extracted folder to USA_and_Canada-map and dumped it on the memory card. Switced map and then entered the activation code.
