Help with my spark plugs

Just come to change my spark plugs on me car, lifted the bonnet and OMG where are they

so does anyone know the location of the spark plugs on a bmw 316 ti compact

Will be a plastic cover covering the top part of engine. Spark plugs will be under there.

but i removed one plastic cover (where you put the oil in) but nothing under there

but that seem to expose another plastic cover over the cams held down with about 8 bolts surly they wouldnt put them under there ....would they??
