his advise is sound but i'm not convinced with blowing dust around inside the camera i prefer to try and get the dust out
the brush looks good but it won't shift stuff like polen or anything stuck to the surface you'l need a proper swab for that but they tend to be charging a premium for the kits bit of a rip off really when you consider your cleaning a piece of glass

The dust actually settles on the viewfinder mirror, as i found out.
Its harder to remove it from there than it is the lens.
Ive seen the kits youve mentioned cosmicma on ebay, looks around the £20 mark.
