      Help tomtom 300 manual update?

      i'm trying to update my mates tomtom go 300, but the Home software doesn't see the device (button greyed out), although the PC see's it. (tried two different PCs, xp and vista)
      is there a way to update to the latest version without using the home software?

      edit: finally sorted it - downloaded version 1 of Home and it was ok.
