Morning all.

I'm completely new to the dBox scene and would like to draw from the ocean of knowledge that is digital-forums.

I've been testing software for a few years now (boring financial stuff mostly) and am always on the lookout to broaden my technological horizons.

I'm hoping to become the point of contact for the four or five boxes that my extended family have!

I've been all over BertRood. Nowhere exciting for the last year or two where I've been working for a lending company.

I'm not ITIL certified, that's what you need to do investment banking systems and suchforth, isn't it?

I do have my ISEB (Mickey Mouse) certificate in software testing though!

ISEB/ITIL all very similar. Should be able to use those qualifications if you move job into another testing field within the industry. ITIL Test Practitioners fetch good money.
