Question Bin Bags, Bin Liners, Black Bags

Are all bin bags crap these days? I remember some good strong bags we used to have that wouldn't rip as soon as it touched a tissue.

Do you have strong black bags?

If so where do you buy them?

Yeah, we get the tie up ones (yellow tie ups) cost a bit more, but well worth it.

All the ones I have had are just shit. When you put body parts in if there is even the hint of an exposed bone you are fucked.

Isnt calling them black a bit racist? I thought in this modern day and age there would be a new pc word for em like refuse management system container or summut?

my local council supplies our black bags as we don't have wheelie bins. It used to give us 4 a week, now it gives us 2 bloody big rolls of the things and says they need to last us 6 months. Very good quality ones too.

That's happened to us too, apart from we got about 8 rolls of them (they delivered them two weeks in a row). They are giving us bins in September, f*ck knows where we are supposed to put them, there are 4 flats with no space for bins outside, it's bad enough having 6 recycling boxes

not like the old days when you could put your Mrs in one for the bin men without anyone noticing.

Now you have to rip the carpet up and take a trip to the river. ffs.

I came across Robert Dyas today (he wasn't too pleased) and they have a fine selection of bin liners. I shall be trying them in the coming weeks.

Why not go to a bin bag convention or join a plastic bag forum, some proper pro's there
