There are a shedload of these in Germany and have been sitting around for a few years now, including 5 series.

They've been sitting there for a reason, they're too old (for Asia or the Middle East) and to expensive for any other country.

That guy doesn't even have the car he is using the photos from the adverts in Germany

If I was buying that sort of car for that sort of money I would want more than a "pay as you go" mobile number and a location of somewhere the 726 square miles of Buckinghamshire.
