Yep, he had some fuel pump issues. Kubica was very strong and it looks like this will be an interesting season

Quailifying was great to watch. I dunno if any of you got up to watch it, but, the loss of Traction Control amongst other gadgets this season is really going to make for interesting viewing You could see when they pushed just how much the driver had to do to keep the car on the track, it is going to set the men from the boys thats for sure.

Kubica was very very impressive and but for pushing it wide into dirt on one of the last corners he would have no doubt taken pole position. Hamilton only managed to grab it back from him on the very last lap of quali.

Nice to see Alonso way down pack, he looked anythign but comfy with the set up.

Early days but it's certainly not just gonna be about two constructors this season. Roll on tommorrow.

Same here. I couldn't risk watching the repeat as some **** will spoil the result for me. Guaranteed.

It looks like Lewis has had a massive impact on the viewing public. I was left in charge of booking the tickets for this years British GP. When I first "forgot" to get them they was £99 for the 3 day pass. Then when I rememebered they was £119. So I had to run this by the other guys, then I forgot to book them. I remembered again and this time they was £149. Ran it by the lads and forgot.

Decided I am deffo booking them now and they have SOLD OUT of the General Admittance 3 day passes. Well Pissed off.

Edit: I have found them thru an "official seller" other then Silverstone and they have cost us £149 a piece. Well played me.

Meh, this year will definately separate the men from the boys with the new regs.
I hope Kimi does well and gets to prove his and Ferraris credentials.
Hopefully Hamilton will end up the same as past one year wonders such montoya who gave schumi a run for his money in his first year but did f all thereafter........

Im not gonna write too much as I don't wanna spoil it for you guys that will watch the re-run. But if that was a taste of things to come it's going to be a good season for the spectators.

The loss of TC & other driving aids made it eventful to say the least. With plenty of guys making far too many errors. One guy appeared to make none.
