Problems with mobile sat nav on new mobile

I've eventually managed to get a new Nokia N95 after my screen broke on my old one.

I was running a certain product of sat nav on it (can I say the name even if in the vip section?) which I had stored on the storage card. I thought it was just a case of inserting the sd card and I would be up and running but that's too easy.

It telling me the following:

Can't unlock maps for G***** device with unit id blah blah, do you want to unlock now.

How do I go about this? Who's the best person to ask?

If it's the one I think look for unlocker v1.3 by JetMouse. It works a treat
