    PS3 Cables

    Hi All,

I've gotten the Playstation setup through the RGB on my TV, unfortunetly I don't have HDMI but I do have Composite, I think I need a cable like this (http://www.play.com/Games/PlayStatio...e/Product.html), but I've only 1 set of these connectors on my TV and my Xbox goes through this, does anyone know if you can get a splittler type box for this (that doesn't degrade the quality too much?)

    Thanks in advance

That should do the job nicely, allows you to connect 3 component devices to a HDTV with only 1 component port.

I use one of these, no problem with leakage or crosstalk. I wouldn't pay that kind of money, unless it was remote controlled.

    Richersounds Ireland:
    http://www.richersounds.ie/asp/produ...&ProductID=695
Its shows as £249 but according to their price beat details they will beat the pixmania or empire direct price by £10 (or 15 Euros). So that's an amp that most are selling for £210 for only £169.

    Price beat details: http://www.richersounds.ie/asp/index...recordid=7&c=0

You could also look at the Sony STR-DG510 (I've got this and paid 200 about 18 months ago ... I have no complaints at all) which Richersounds.ie do and Pixmania are selling for £142 (again get Richersounds to price match). It has 2 component in and 1 component out. The DG710 has 3in/1out.

what's an Irish site doing quoting in pounds? The price would be about right if it was euros. Herself doesn't like surround sound (don't ask) so I'll have to do some persuading

Ahh, they are in Belfast, I'll call them tomorrow, they seem to have FANTASTIC prices, although I am tempted to buy a new TV altogether looking at their prices

I use that same box to switch between my wii, 360 and original xbox. The original xbox is on the way out, and a ps3 is coming in What component cable did you buy for the ps3? Did you splash out on the official one, or did you manage to find a good quality 3rd party cable?
