NOKIA 6500 Slide Major Problem.....Help!!!

Right phone Guru's

Took my phone out of my pocket earlier tonight to find my usual wallpaper had gone and the background was plain white....

So thought i would just reset the wallpaper and theme only to find the phone has no themes no ringtones appz games or anythin left on it!!!....

all my predictive txt it had learnt had gone and everything..

cant change anything...

The only thing thats got information left is the memory card

Now ive done the factory reset and everthing but with no luck....Its like the phone has erased its own memory some how...its only got 17.5Kb of phone memory in use!!!!

Please help.....hoping termy can shed some light on this one!!!!!

Have you tried reinstalling the software with Nokia pc suite and the software updater??

Will try this when i find my cable to connect it.... do you think this will work or will it have to go back to nokia for a full program?..

Should work as long as you get power to the phone, if not its back to a service centre or someone with the correct gear.

The phone is still usable its just everything has dissapeared of it i.e all the standard ringtones wallpapers themes appz games and everythin have gone!!!
