    Default Keyboard Problem

    hello gents, quick one...

I've recently purchased a new keyboard for my gaming needs. Its a "Microsoft Digital Media Pro Keyboard" and it looks brilliant and feels brilliant etc. Now when im in game and I press like more than 2, 3 or 4 buttons sometimes they just dont register. Like if i want to press G to drop my weapon it wont let me coz im holding w as my forward button. Is there a way to make it so that i can press as many buttons i want at the same time on my keyboard? Coz it will make a big difference if i can

    cheers

It is most likely a limitation of the keyboard. Some keyboards just can't handle more than 2 or three keypresses at a time.

The game that you are playing may have a key designation facility within the set up page which will enable you to assign multiple keys to multiple operations.

I know that within Windows you can adjust the refresh rate for the mouse do it can be more precise - I'm not sure if you can do it with keyboard though?

Also... if it's wireless that could also be the cause due to limited bandwidth.
