    Yeah baby!!!

'Buck Rogers' movie in the pipeline

    By Beth Hilton, Entertainment Reporter
A big screen adaptation of Buck Rogers is in the works.

Nu Image/Millennium Films has acquired the film rights to the franchise about a US Army pilot who wakes up in the 25th century, according to Variety.

The studio will make a live-action movie, with Sin City director Frank Miller one of the names in line to take the helm.

Buck Rogers has appeared in comic strips, movies, radio shows and TV series since making his debut in two novellas by Philip Francis Nowlan in 1928.

Wouldn't be bad if it was done in the camp comedic style of the TV series however it won't be, it'll be done in a way too serious and dark style.

I'd like to see Daniel Day-Lewis as Buck with Helen Mirren as the love interest. The voice of Sir Ian McKellen for Twiki.
