anyone any good with flash???

i need someone to use the folloing image;



something like fluffy clouds moving along both left and right, cant get my head around flash right now, need some more time to practice.

if anyone can help me out i will appreciate it.

your best bet is to use swish, its like flash but extremely easy to use.
