Man boobs are officially not sexy, ok?
Man boobs - otherwise known as moobs - are "not sexually alluring", three senior judges have ruled.
The legal minds had to make the judgement after a man was convicted of voyeurism after filming another man's top half at a public swimming pool.
Care worker Kevin Bassett, 44, had his conviction overturned yesterday at the Court of Appeal after a ruling by Lord Justice Hughes, Mr Justice Treacy and Sir Paul Cresswell that a man's bare torso did not count as "private parts".
He had been found guilty last year after using a video camera hidden in a plastic bag to take photos of a swimmer.
The 2003 Sexual Offences Act states that voyeurism takes places only when "private parts" are exposed.
"The intention of Parliament was to mean female breasts and not an exposed male chest," Lord Justice Hughes explained.
"The former is still private amongst 21st century bathers, the second is not."
Mr Bassett, from Spalding, Lincolnshire, admitted at the original trial that he had been a practising Christian who had kept his homosexuality secret for many years.
He was given an 18-month community order, placed on the sex offenders' register for five years and banned from using a camara or recording equipment in public unless it was clearly on display.
