They both seem to be getting an iphone for their birthday, not sure what to do as they already have bids on them.

Not sure what to do why? you mean with regard to bidding on them?
Probably just a lazy arse that copied someone elses auction with copy/paste mate
Shooooooo-ryuken!
Nah im not going to bid just dunno how to warn the people bidding that it may be a scam and get the auctions removed.
I see a lot of slightly varied ads on ebay, I assume most are because the poster can't be arsed to write it all down or take pics etc. so just cut n paste someone else' and change a few deets.
Saying it's a scam is different to proving it so personally, I would steer clear. If people are browsing for that phone, I imagine they may see both the ads and make their own decision based on that.
"An evil exists that threatens every man, woman, and child of this great nation. We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland." - Adolf Hitler, 1933
Ok thanks ill just leave it then. They should realise as there is only 4 auctions for this type of phone.
Could contact the seller of the first one listed, they could then report the other one for copying their listing. They both have terrible feedback though.
