Hi mate. if you mention what area you're in, some member may be able to help you out with 'modding' it to play backups etc.... you would need a pandora battery and relevant firmware mods to sort it out which you can pay for on the likes of ebay, but maybe someone here could do it for you.

You should only need a pandora battery if its a slim one shouldn't you?

QJ.net is great for psp mod faqs.

Do a search on here for the dealexteme psp battery tool and 2 gb stick offer in biggys (£12), then have a search for pandora and jig kick on DF
Once you have the above you will be graced with 3.90 M33-3

any psp over a certain firmware needs the pandora hack method, its probably the easiest way to do any machine anyway.

after firmware 2.71 you need pandora/magic mestick m8

and tbh m8 it's the easiest gedr did mine a few weeks ago and since then i've done a few myself it's that easy to.
have a look on maxconsole and psp hacks for all the info you'll need

thanks for that, but to be honest i would rather get 1 for myself as ive got a few mates with psp's that want it doing aswell, so if's it's easy enough i'll probably give it a bash 1st

Is it simple to do once ive got the battery in?
