Help With PS3 Camera..... Plz

Hi,

got myself the camera for PS3 but havin difficulties...when setup in camera settings it's cool see myself etc.... but when playin poker or even chat all i get is my logo/symbol i.e. ladybird??

Sound/Speech also works fine

Can anyone help!!!!!
