iplayer access from abroad

Hi
I am going away for a week for work, can anyone tell me how i can set up a proxy to access iplayer from abroad?

id have thougt as long as you could vpn in to your system you wouldnt have to bother with a proxy

if you really want to use a proxy though (i only use firefox) just google for a free proxy and then enter the setting in to firefox then go to tools->options->advanced-> network tab-> then the settings and a new box pops up and enter the details

personally id use a vpn then you can log on set it grabbing what you want and then check it later when youve more time although if youve got a crappy upload then thats possibly not your best option although they'd be there for when you got back (i think iplayer lets you save them for 30days)

eastenders cant be that important though surely? lol

thanks for the help but im back in the uk now so managed to do without, and it wasn't eastenders it was apprentice haha
