its not for a scam by the way!! they were supposed to send me a copy of my order that i made on phone! they havent and i have courier coming to collect repairable iten on monday!!! need something to send with it!!!! ggrrrrr

the frigging thing is still under warranty, woolworths even confirmed it for me and said they would send a copy of the order! but it hasnt turned up! i phoned them and they said i have to write to head office and request it!!! they didnt tell me that on monday, the fucking YTS lad said he would send it,
expect in a day or two!!!!!

wot???????? why arse licker? if you read what i have said you would see i have called them up!!!!!!!! but as with all customer service they havent done what they said they would do! if you want the full story i will give it to you! but you cant phone woolworth head office and only head office can let me have copy according to who i spoke to!
