HMS Ark Royal

The Ark Royal is berthed in Liverpool at the moment and will be until Tuesday.

The queue was 3 or 4 hours to get on which was impossible for me to do during my lunch hour from work so I got a couple of snaps. I do have one of the bow looking towards the stern but the light was different and the image has come out purely crap. I've tried to recover it but just can't get it .

Anyway, here's 3 quick snaps. I wish the darn building hadn't been in front of the stern.

To be honest mate, I wouldn't have minded queueing up if I'd got there early morning but I was in work at 7:45am till 6:15pm so it wasn't gonna happen I'm afraid.

Same shift again tomorrow but they were only letting on today.

i was on the ark royal also, the first time i went by her was in a speed boat and she gave me goose bumps just the shear size of her

The 2nd shot was taken with the Sigma 105 Macro of all things because the 18-55mm @ 55mm just wasn't enough
