Upgraded to CFW but now what?

I'm just picking my way through this - I have upgraded my sons 'Phat' to CFW 3.80 - M33 using a Dealextreeme Pandora and PSPgrader. That seems to have worked well.

I have also transfered an .iso (Ironman) to the \Game folder on the newly formatted memory stick - this shows up on the dashboard under game memory stick as a very pretty Ironman logo - this seems to run initially but before the game itself starts it gets stuck on a 'loading' screen.

What have I missed?

Make sure you have a UMD in the drive or go into the CFW setup by holding down the right shoulder button on boot and set UMD Emulation to on

You can set the UMD emulation in the VSH menu also (if it is enabled) press start.
But the easiest test is to put a UMD in.

You need to put the iso in the iso folder not game, might work aswell but av always put em in /ISO
