National Minimum Wage update

From 1st Ocotber 2008, employees will be entitled to receive an increased hourly rate of National Minimum Wage as follows:

Age of Employee: 22 + Current rate - �5.52 New rate (1/10/2008 ) - �5.73

Age of Employee: 18 - 21 Current rate - �4.60 New rate (1/10/2008 ) - �4.77

Age of Employee: 16 - 17 Current rate - �3.40 New rate (1/10/2008 ) - �3.53

On a serious note how do I report this being abused?

We employ a few casuals and they are still getting the old rate at �5.49. I've spoken to our HR about this but they keep telling me yeah yeah were still looking in to it.................that was about 6 months ago!
