Can you post up what you actually ate, if you're prepared for a couple of tough weeks I can perhaps suggest a diet plan for you to burn some fat not muscle.

1 bit of fruit mid morning.
Lunch - jacket potato (tiny) with small amount of tuna and baked beans
Tea - jacket potato (tiny) with small amount of tuna and baked beans
8pm - 3 Jacobs crackers
Tuesday

You really need to up the protein content, you're a big lad so want a minimum of 200g of protein in your diet.
My five year old had more than that for breakie mate!! You need to get some protein powder if you struggle getting up to 200g of protein in a day. Some taste shit but I can recommend a few places if you want.
Breakie: 2 Wholemeal bread with 4 x eggs scrambled
Mid morning - Protein shake
Dinner: Sweet potato with full tin of tuna
Afternoon snack: Protein shake
Tea: Chicken breast, sweet potato, veggies
Supper: Tub low fat cottage cheese on crackers
I'd probably supplement in there 3xfish oil / flax oil from H&Barrett each day.
