    Retro Amiga Emulator

Bit of a long shot. But my son got given a sensible soccer game for his birthday and it took me back to when I was about 10 and I had my Amiga 600. I was just searching youtube and found 100 Amiga games - YouTube - 100 Amiga games in 10 minutes! - and it really took me back. So, I was wondering if there was any emulators downloadable to the 360? Or if there was anything on Live.

If not, I think I am going to have to go to my Mum's and search her loft for my Amiga and games.

Emulation = homebrew and unfortunately there is no sign of homebrew on the 360 yet so your best bet is to get it on a pc or xbox 1

Not for the 360 Im afraid. Xbox 1 has a Winuaex which is a brilliant amiga emulator. Only emulators about for the 360 is the NES emulator and even thats not straight forward.

I had the Amiga 600. Came with a 20MB HD. Which I thought was cool. Until I tried to play Championship Manager 2 (Pre CM93) which required a full MB. I then had to upgrade. Having the HD took some of the RAM up. It cost me £50 for my upgrade too. lol. A lot of money to a 11 year old.

Like someone here said. I look back very fondly on those games, in a way no other games machine had since. I used to ride down to the car boot sale on my bike and pick up the games from "Trev's Disks" for £1.25 a disk, usually £2.50 a game. The memories. Saving my pocket money, and when I got older my paper round money for a good gaming session. I really need to dig out the Amiga, and I think I have all the games on the Youtube too. Sensible Soccer being by far my favourite. Looks like I may have to have a browse on ebay too. Sad or what? lol
