      Attention Bikes to pay for parking

      I had a card from westminster on my bike last night and the will be charging £1.50 a day from August

      What cunts their is not enough space and fucking dominos put 10 bikes in the two bike bays and they do nothing and now it woll be worse as westminster will be making money!!
