Getting rid of man boobs?

Ive been trying to build my pec's up to have a more definied chest but ive been plagued with man boobs

Im not a fat bloke by any stretch of the imagination so need to get rid of these quick. I already do a variety of push ups, pull ups and various weight excersises but nothing seems to be working.

I dont eat a huge amount of fat either.

Any ideas?

Probably just low intensity cv, for around 40 minutes or so a few times a week. Working for me!

Im definatly building muscle undearneath. Just a thick layer of fat over the top.

lots of cardio to burn it off

as the others have said you will never see your pecs till you burn off the layer of fat over them
that means hard cardio work,

I have to add jogging with the whole/situps thing have deffo paid off..my chest is slowly taking shape and my moobs have definitely shrunk..
