Help weird problem, possibly adware, really annoying, Help Please!

Hi guys got something weird going on with my PC, whenever i try to access my c or d drives and click on any folder i get the following message pop up

Now I am pretty sure this is not a genuine windows message as even if i click no it opens the following website and try's to make me download/purchase some crappy anti-virus shit which I refuse to do.

I have done a full system scan with Avast, Ad-Aware and RegistryFix6 but with no luck, can anybody help me to get rid of this shite please!

    Cheers!

    Don't you just love Windows?

    Download SpyBot Search & Destroy

If that doesn't remove it, let me know and I'll post instructions on removing this program via the registry.

Spybot S+D is the best for realtime protection, the tea timer is wicked.
