Need some peoples advice on this. Outlook 2013 (using via Office 365), connected to an exchange email account with a shared account so it accesses another users exchange account via. permissions.

When in the shared users Deleted Items folder, if the user searches it will often display the results but automatically start deleting them all. Quite bizarre...

There are no rules set up, any ideas what could be going on here? I have connected remotely and seen the emails just disappear, no idea where they go!
