Hi All,

Will start this tomorrow, but thought I would spend a spare minute to post as it was on my mind. If I didn't post now I probably wouldn't.

Normal day eating is:

Wake up
6:30am

Breakfast
Nowt

Early Morning (between 8 and 12)
3 cups of Cappucino
Bag of Crisps

Lunch
Greggs - Stake Bake, Sausage Roll and Egg Mayo Sarny

Afternoon (between 12 and 5)
3 cups of Cappucino
Bar of Chocolate

Tea (northern folk)
12" Pizza with Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Ham, Red Onion and Garlic Oil. Side salad with Radish, Peppers, Sweetcorn, Lettuce and Colesaw.

Evening
2-4 cans of lager, sometimes cider.


Normal day Exercise is:

Walking to the bus stop, and walking around at work.

As you can see I need a lot of work, my thoughts are not massive changes as I won't be able to do it. I will change gradually and when I start to see the benefits I know I will want more.

BTW, my ankle is still on the road to recovery, so exercise is limited at the minute.
