Draytek Vigor 2800

I`ve got a slight crisis on my hands. I`d not post here normally

I`m in possession of a Draytek Vigor 2800v router but my client has lost hs admin password!

We cant reset the router due to the VPN and sitetosite details, which we dont know.

My question is, does anyoe know of such a thing as a master password or an override code...alternativly, is hacking these things easy?

A master reset is the only option on the vigor as no master password exists for any model
