The other week I had my dash replaced on my Ford Focus apparantly it was a known fault and that Ford had agreed a set price of £99 to have it fixed. When i picked the car up the mileage counter was set to zero, and the only thing I have to say what my previous mileage was, is just the sales invoice.
Is it correct or should you have a proper document like for when you have the MOT?
And my mate had a volvo dash replaced sometime ago and his milegae was reset to the last recorded mileage on the old dash, so should have Ford done this. It was a main dealer that I took the car to.
