auto mp3 ripper

hi all.

im looking for a program to use on a server/nas drive.

im basic looking for somehthing that can be run on a linux and m$ based os that will auto rip, tag and rename on the fly with out any interaction from the user other than inserting the dvd.

i had a product that did this before called a ripserver but it has gone tits up and the company are not being very helpfull at all so dont wanna give them another penny
